何度も・繰り返し・教えていただいた・「　言葉　」です。


＠「　公私共に・出会いより・別れを・大切にしろ！

　　　だが・別れは違う！

　　　下手をしたら・会社の存亡に・関わってくる。

　　　解雇にしろ・クレーム処理にしろ・左遷や転勤。

　　　公私共に・さまざまな・別れもある。

　　　極力・「　笑って・別れられる　」ように・努力しろ！　」と。。。

実例を挙げたりして・何度となく・教えていただきました、、、ありがとうございます、、、

社長の・領収書

・接待交際費の・内訳の・不正

・交通費の・不正

・消耗品の・不正

・収支の・不正（　小さい会社だと・決算の際・利益を抑えた申告をしました　）

・助成金の・不正

・社会保険加入の・不正

・就業規則の・違反など、、、（　女子中高学生の２４時間勤務など　（　当時の・私です　）


経理を・６年（　もしかしたら・それ以上かもです、、、数字に弱くて（＾＾；；；すみません、、、　）

その・年配の女性の方と・社長は長年の口論の末・女性は辞表を提出しました。

その・数日後。

・税務署

・社会保険の方々の・査察？に・入りました。


ほぼ・同時に、入られる事は・あまりないそうです。


社長は・社会保険の方は・すぐに・降参して、追徴課税などを受け入れました。


税務署のほうは、食って掛かりました。

経理女性の・横領を・告発しようとしたのです。

実際、数年間で。数百万円の横領があったようでした。


ですが・税務署の方が

・「　社長・そうとう憎まれてますよ。保険事務所と同時に内部告発なんて・そんなにあることじゃないですよ。

　　　このまま・社長が・認めなければ・交際費などで・さらに名前を挙げていただいて・その方のところまで・

　　　いく事になりますよ？そうすると・こまるのは・そちらのかたじゃないですか？

　　　同時に内部告発する女性ですから・ここは・素直に・諦めたほうが・一番傷が浅いですよ。　」

と、言うようなことを、言われ。

社長は、かなり激高していたのですが。

経理の女性を・告発せずに、税務署・社会保険の追徴課税分を、支払いました。


このとき・かなりな額になってしまい。

会社の存続が・危険なほどでした。


けれど。

以来。社長は、全ての領収書から・雇用保険・税金に至るまで。

税理士さん・労務士さんを通して・クリーンに・収めるようになりました。

・「　優良企業　」として・銀行からの融資なども・かなり楽に借りられるようになりました。



接待の際・幾度となく・教えていいただいた・「　言葉　」

＊「　笑って・別れられるように・極力・誠心誠意・尽くしなさい

　　　解雇にしても・クレームにしても・プライベートにしても・

　　　会社の存続に・大きくかかわってくる事が・少なくないからだ　」と、

教えて・いただきました、、、ありがとうございました、、、、、、、、、、、、


これは・個人的な？感想？ですが。。。

税務署のかたは、かなり？温情を・かけてくださったと・思います。

社長を・諭してくださったのですから、、、

多くの・会社を体験なさっての、、、温情？だと、、、思ったのです、、、

ありがとう・ございました。。。

感情的に成った・社長を・諌めていただけまして、、、ありがとう、ございました、、、


当時、、、社長は・一瞬ですが、、、

激情に駆られ・経理の女性を刑事告発すると・後先を見れない状態でした、、、


・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・


また・経理女性ばかりも・責められないと・思うのです、、、


会社全体が・一時、とてもひどく・荒んでいました。

とくに・小口現金と。

各社員の密談に近い形での・交通費の不正問題は・かなり・深刻でした。


けれど・そういう雰囲気を・作ってしまったのは。

私も含めた・経営陣側に・大きく・依存していると・思うのです。


そして。もう一つ。。。

パート・アルバイトさんの場合です、、、


８万いくら？を・超えてしまうと・税金面と・ご主人の扶養家族から・外されてしまうのとで

社長・副社長（　母　）は・

現金収入などを・やりくりして

社員の・要望に・応えることも・ありました。。。


会社が・税理士さん・労務士さんが入ってからは・そういうことも・事実上・できなくなりましたが。。。


今もって・思います。。。個人的な・感傷かも知れませんが。。。

経理は・ガラス張りが・一番・気楽です

そして・税理士さん・労務士さんのかたには・

最低でも・月一回・会社に来ていただけるのが・ベストだと思うのです。



領収書に・関しては、だいたい、これで・書ききれたと・思います。
