家は、お風呂に入る習慣があまりありませんでした。
週のうち１～２回程度しか、入りませんでした。もっと入らないこともありました。
けれど服は毎日、取り替えていました。下着は、そのままでした。

ある日、学校でテストの最中にうつむいていると、パラパラと白い粉のようなものが答案用紙に降って来ました。
それがフケだと初めて知って、面白くて頭をたくさんかいて、フケを落として遊んでいました。
それを集めて、飽きるまでオニギリにして遊んでいました。

中学生以降は、ほとんど毎夕毎朝の２回、自主的に入るようになりました。
けれど、これじゃ、イジメられても仕方がないとも思います。。。

お風呂も・歯磨きの・習慣も・家には・ありませんでした
ですから・私も弟も・１日中・歯を磨くことが・ありませんでした

大人になってから・知ったのですが
＞歯磨きは・親から・子供のときに・「　教えてもらう　」と
ですが・うちでは・一度も・教えてもらったことが・私も・弟も・ありませんでした
＞＞父も・母も・歯を磨いている所を・見たことが・ありませんでした
二人とも・総入れ歯に・近い・感じだったようです、、、

私は・それでも・ほとんど・虫歯のない・歯でした
小学校４～５年生のころ・１度だけ・虫歯がなかったので・歯磨きを・ほとんど・したことがないのですが
＞表彰されました

弟の歯は・ボロボロで
ほとんどの歯が・溶けていました
けれど・どんなに・歯が痛んでも・ほとんど・歯医者には行かずに・「　今治水（　黄色い液体のやつです　）　」を・よく・歯に塗っていました


私は・中学へ・行くようになってからは
歯磨き・シャワーを・自主的に・覚えていきました
＞それが・「　恥ずかしいこと　」だと・認識しましたので、、、
