生活保護を受ける在日外国人について国民年金保険料の一律全額免除の対象ではない―との見解を日本年金機構が示した。
各地での対応に見直しを迫るものだ。国籍によって不利益を生じるやり方は説得力を欠く。

　国民年金の保険料は、生活保護を受けていると「法定免除」が適用され、全額免除になる。年金機構の地方組織である
年金事務所は従来、外国人についても自治体が同様に扱うことを認めてきた。年金機構はこれを改め、外国人の場合、
所得に応じて免除の割合が決まる「申請免除」で対応する考えだ。年金事務所からの照会に対する回答で明らかにした。

▽困窮する永住外国人らには日本国民に準じて生活保護を給付しているが、外国人は生活保護法の対象ではない
▽国民年金法上、法定免除となるのは生活保護法の対象者なので、外国人は該当しない―としている。

　１９５９年制定の国民年金法は被保険者を「２０歳以上６０歳未満の日本国民」と定め、在日外国人を対象外としていた。
８２年の難民条約発効に伴い、国籍条項が撤廃された経緯がある。生活保護法の準用を含め、日本人と外国人の平等を
図ってきたのが、これまでの流れだ。国民年金保険料の免除について扱いを別にすることは、これに反する。

　厚生労働省は、申請免除でも実際には全額免除される人が多いとの見方を示す。だからといって、よしとするわけにはいかない。
一部しか免除されなかった人が保険料を払えなかった場合、無年金になるといった心配が出てくる。年金機構は、
外国人の保険料免除について「誤っていたところは正していく」としている。既に法定免除とした件は実態を調べた上で
対応を検討する考えだ。さかのぼって支払いを求めたりするようだと、影響は大きい。

沖縄県渡名喜村（となきそん）の入砂（いりすな）島で行われる予定。入砂島は
沖縄本島から約６０キロ西にある無人島で、米空軍の射爆撃場として使われている。

奪還訓練には島しょ防衛を専門とする陸上自衛隊の西部方面普通科連隊
（長崎・相浦駐屯地）や、在沖縄海兵隊の第３１海兵遠征部隊（３１ＭＥＵ）
などが参加。

敵に占領されたと想定し、海上からボートに乗って上陸したり、ヘリコプターを
使って着陸したりして敵を襲撃・制圧するシナリオになるとみられる。

政府は離島防衛体制の強化を進めており、陸自と在沖縄海兵隊は先月、
初めての離島奪還訓練を米グアム島で行った。

日米共同統合演習は毎年、実動演習と机上演習をほぼ交互に実施している。

「広告代理店やマスコミが朝鮮人と結託して、日本人に親日的な感情を植え付けようとしてる！」

……などと語気が荒く語る女性が少なからず存在するのだ。

しかも、彼女たちはいわゆる”普通の女子”。流行やブランド品を好む、
“スイーツ系女子”の相田多喜子さん（仮名・33歳・会社員）はこう話す。

「韓国製のコスメや食品はもちろん、韓国と業務提携、協賛している日本企業の製品も
購入しないようになった」

発端は知人に紹介された「2ちゃんねるまとめブログ」だという。

「それまで2ちゃんねるに関心がなかったのですが、中国や韓国の実態を伝える書き込みを
初めて読んでショックを受けました。韓流芸能人が韓国で日本を悪く言っていること、
韓国の性犯罪率の高さ、商品にウジが混入するといった企業の衛生管理のずさんさなどを知り、

「正直、政治経済や歴史や社会にまったく興味の無いお花畑な自分でしたが、もう違う。
ツイッターで自然に知識が増えていっています」と語る竹中さん。

現在では尖閣諸島・竹島の領土問題のデモにも熱心に参加するようになったという。

彼女たちの多くが、ネットを通して”真実”にたどり着き、日頃感じていた矛盾が解決したと語る。
それは、いわゆる「ネトウヨ」とは違うのか……？　

「違います。私たちがしているのは日本人として当たり前のこと。
許してはいけないことを許したくないだけ」（竹中さん）

社会的に不遇なわけでもない、いわゆる「リア充」である女性たちはなぜ「右傾化」したのか？

少し考えればわかることだが、朝鮮は世界一貧乏だった。それだけでなく

そして日本が敗戦し、併合が終わる。
日本に繁栄させてもらっていた朝鮮半島はすぐに再び貧乏で
騒乱の続く廃墟ばかりの国に逆戻りし、しかも独立後すぐに同族での
殺し合いである朝鮮戦争が勃発し、半島内は困窮を極めた。

ここで朝鮮政府が恐れたこと。それは国民に、
「日本統治時代の方が良かった…」と言われてしまうこと。

当時はまだ日本人として生きてきた朝鮮人たちがたくさんいたので、
親日派が現行政府を否定しないとも限らなかったのだ。
それを言われては新しい政府の面子が潰れるだけでは済まない。
反政府勢力が拡大して「国家が転覆してしまう恐れ」があるのである。

そのような尻に火がついた状況においては、本来なら政府が必死の努力で
国力を回復しなければならないはずであるが、本来怠け者の朝鮮政府は
もっと簡単な方法を思いついてしまった。

それが『日本は韓国をボロボロにした悪逆非道の悪魔』という嘘をついて
日本を貶めて韓国国民を洗脳するという方法なのである。

●真実を広めて下さい。～竹島を韓国に奪われた経緯●

戦後、自衛隊が存在しない期間（1945年8月から1954年6月までは日本領土を守る組織がなかった）
韓国はその隙をついて竹島を不法占拠しようと考え、
1952年に国際法を無視して李承晩ラインを一方的に設定。
日本の外務省は直ちに抗議、アメリカも竹島は日本領であると認めた。

しかし韓国は竹島周辺で漁業をしていた日本の船舶を漁船に擬装した武装船で
至近距離で警告なしに射殺、拿捕。捕虜には地獄のような拷問を繰り返した。
328隻を拿捕、漁民3929人を拉致監禁、日本人44人を虐殺。

韓国は人質を解放する条件として日本の刑務所にいる朝鮮人凶悪犯罪者など472人を、
放免して　●特別残留許可●　を与えることを要求、日本はその条件を受け入れた。
同時期に、韓国政府は密入国朝鮮人の強制送還の受入れを拒否。
収容しきれなくなった密入国朝鮮人に日本政府は一時的な在留を許可した。
自衛隊は、1954年7月1日に設立された。
