同社の編集幹部から事情聴取していたことが１７日、捜査関係者への取材で分かった。同課では、外国人の少年が
河西さんの胸部を後ろから触っている写真が「児童ポルノ」の提供などにあたるか慎重に調べている。

問題の写真は、講談社が２月４日に発売を予定していた河西さんの写真集の表紙と、１月１２日発売の漫画誌
「週刊ヤングマガジン」上の写真集の発売告知用に使われる予定で、１０日付のスポーツ紙やインターネット上
にも掲載された。

捜査関係者によると、同課は掲載された写真を確認した上で、「写真が本物なら、同法で禁止された乳首を児童に
触らせる行為にあたる」と判断。翌１１日に編集幹部から写真撮影の経緯などについて事情を聴いた。
編集幹部は「不適切な表現があった」として、ヤングマガジンの発売を延期すると話したという。

同課は発売を自主的に延期した点などを考慮した上で、同法違反容疑での立件も視野に捜査。
捜査幹部は「児童ポルノへの罰則が日本より厳しい欧州系の少年がモデルに使われているため、
国際的に問題視される可能性も考慮している」と捜査の背景を説明する。

講談社は１７日、ホームページなどで今回の経緯を公表し、「写真集の企画内容についての責任は発行元にある。
出演者への配慮が欠けているという指摘などに謙虚に耳を傾け、今後の編集業務に生かしていく」と釈明。
同社広報室は「警視庁からの事情聴取については確認できていないので答えられない」としている。

何の知らせもしないまま、競争相手の産後処理院Bに転院し、その過程で
身元不詳の女性2人が無断で病院に侵入したと主張。

小雪が治療費と利用料金など170万ウォン（約14万円）の
未払いについても捜査するよう依頼した。

小雪ははじめ、2週間で700万ウォン以上ほどかかる高級産後処理院のAで治療を受けていた。
出産が迫った7日に入院したが、その日の夜12時頃に産後処理院Bに転院した。

小雪側は告訴を受けて費用を支払い、産後処理院Aも15日午後、告訴を取り下げた。
