　東アジア近代史学会の井口和起会長が「近代日本の天皇・国境・そして平和」と題して講演。国境確定を中心にした近代日本外交の事実経過を振り返り、「天皇制の成立と日本軍国主義の形成が領土問題と不可分に進められたことは否定できない」と述べ、中国や台湾、韓国、北朝鮮が領土問題を歴史問題や日本の軍国主義の問題と一体としてとらえることに相応の根拠はあるとしました。
