一般の健康保険患者の治療には国の厳しいチェックが入り不必要な過剰医療は病院の自腹になってしまうが、しかし、生活保護の場合は全部ノーチェックで何でもやりたい放題の仕組みがある。
こうした生活保護専門“貧困ビジネス”病院が全国に存在する。こうした生活保護専門病院の多くは、大学の医局や医師会に属さない、特殊な左翼組織の医師が集まった病院だ。

　１月の対ドル為替レートの変動幅で、韓国のウォンはアジア主要国のうち２番目に大きかった。
円が世界の主要通貨のうち変動幅が最大だった。

　韓国銀行（中央銀行）銀行によると、１月のウォンの対ドルレートの為替変動幅は０．３４％だった。
為替変動幅は前日比（終値ベース）の絶対値の月平均。

　世界の２１主要通貨のうち変動幅が最も大きかったのは円で、０．７０％だった。
ニュージーランドドル（０．４４％）、スウェーデンクローナ（０．４３％）がベスト３。ウォンは世界８位だった。

　ウリィ先物のソン・ウンジョン研究員は
「円安の影響でウォン・ドル相場のレートが急変動し、調整局面でも変動幅が大きくなった」とウォンのレートについて分析した。

　ウォンの１日平均変動幅は１ドル当たり４．６０ウォンで、昨年７月（同５．００ウォン）以降で最も大きかった。

　ソン研究員は
「先月までは円の影響を大きく受けたが、今月はユーロ圏の問題で（為替が）揺れている。不確実な状況は続くだろう」と話した。

　１１日にレイナード米財務次官が安倍晋三政権の経済政策「アベノミクス」を支持する発言をしたことから円安・ドル高が進んだ。
円は一時１ドル＝９４円台半ばを付けた。

11日にTBS系報道番組「NEWS23X」（ニュース・ツー・スリー クロス）で放送された言い間違いが、
インターネット上で話題となっている。
同番組のメインキャスター・膳場貴子アナが「ローマ法王・ベネディクト16世の退任」に関するニュースを読み上げていた際のことだ。

同日11日に、高齢を理由に28日をもって退位すると表明したローマ法王・ベネディクト16世について、
「終身制」の法王が異例の退位を行う、ということで同番組でも一大ニュースとして取り上げた。
その際に膳場アナは「本来終身刑のローマ法王が」と発言。

多くの視聴者がTwitter上で
「ローマ法王を終身刑にしちゃアカンでしょ...」
「ローマ法王終身刑・・・トレンドwww リアルタイムで聞いておかあさんとえぇっ！？てなったよ」
などと、驚きの声を上げた。
この発言はすぐに「本来終身制のローマ法王が」と訂正されたものの、視聴者によるツイートは拡散、一時はTwitter上のトレンドワードになり、Yahoo!リアルタイム検索でも「終身刑」という単語が上位にランクインする事態となった。

また「ローマ法王終身刑って…さすがにひどいまちがいだ　
わざとじゃないにしても、アナウンサーって一応プロじゃん」
「ローマ法王終身刑とか…他の国の人から、天皇は終身刑って言われるようなもんだねえ。
国際問題になりかねませんの？」
とカトリック教徒への影響を重くみる声もあがっている。
　
報道番組のメインキャスターによる、重大ニュースに関する発言ということもあり、わずかな言い間違いが大きな波紋となって拡がったようだ。

その金額の「　αパーセント　」は、国家予算への返金システム。あるいは、ほかの市町村の不足分。科学や開発などでの不足分などへ、さらに割り振って行く。

競争原理は
やっぱり、ある程度。「　健全性　」を、社会でも、政治でも、システムでも。
保つ上で、必用不可欠。

そして、本当の、「　政治。経済。会社経営。次世代のリーダー育成　」でも、あると思うのです。

※前年度の予算割り振りで、失敗はあるでしょう。けれど、それは、「　データーとしての財産　」となります。失敗を財産に出来ない、現状システムの打破は、必要不可欠です。責任の所在の明確化は、必要不可欠です。

ただ、テスト点数がいいから。出席日数がいいから。
それだけで、「　エリート　」のようなシステム改善を、根本から進めていくべき。
それは、衰退を招いていく、悪しき因習の一つだと思います。

日本人のご老人が、「　おにぎり食べたい　」と書き残して。

不正受給を許している、背景等。
