　【ソウル＝加藤達也】韓国国防省は１２日、北朝鮮の核実験場がある北東部、咸鏡北道吉州郡方面で同日正午前、核実験によるものとみられる人工的な地震が観測されたと発表した。同省によると爆発の威力は６～７キロトン以上とみられる。韓国政府は北朝鮮が核実験を強行した可能性が高いとみて地震波の詳細な分析を進めるが、北朝鮮が追加の核実験を行う可能性も排除できないとして、警戒を強化している。

　韓国気象庁によると、地震はマグニチュード５・０で、同日午前１１時５７分５０秒に観測された。

　国防省報道官によると、北朝鮮は１１日、米国に核実験の実施について通報していたという。爆発がウラン型かプルトニウム型によるものかは、現段階では判断が難しいとしている。

　李明博大統領は同日午後１時、金寛鎮国防相ら外交安全保障関係の閣僚による国家安全保障会議を招集。

　韓国政府は国際社会の自制要求を無視して北朝鮮が実験を強行したことを深刻に受け止めており、
日米のほか中国、ロシアなど関係各国と緊密に連携して北朝鮮に対する制裁の強化を含め、対策を協議する。

　韓国軍は同日、北朝鮮に対する情報監視態勢（ウォッチコン）を引き上げた。軍は中・短距離ミサイルなど、核実験後に強行する軍事挑発に対し即応する。

　ＡＰ通信は米国の観測当局が北朝鮮でマグニチュード４・９の地震を感知したと伝えている。

教師が反日誘導「日本人に拉致を言う権利はない」　元生徒が朝鮮学校の実態告発

朝鮮学校から自分の意思で別の学校に移った高校生が初めて産経新聞に実態を告発した。
教師は生徒らに反日意識をすり込み、「日本人に拉致を言う権利はない」と言い放つ。
学校側が無償化や補助金申請のために国や自治体に行っている説明とは大きく食い違う。
「生徒の立場が理解されていない。無償化するぐらいなら学校を選ぶ自由をください」。
生徒は悲痛な声を上げた。

「学校がそのままなのに無償化が適用されてしまえば後輩たちが苦しめられ続ける」と取材に応じた。

最も違和感があったのは反日教育だという。
教師が授業中、強制連行を例にこう言い放ったのを記憶している。
「日帝（植民地）時代にあれだけ朝鮮人を拉致した日本人が拉致問題を言う権利はない」

朝鮮学校側が「拉致問題をきちんと教えている」と主張しているのとはあまりにかけ離れている。

教師は日本人を指す蔑称の「チョッパリ（獣のひづめ）」「倭奴（ウェノム）」と連呼し、歴史の授業で生徒に感想文を書かせたが、
「教師が反日的な方向に誘導するため、皆、いい成績を取ろうと反日的な文章を書いた」という。
