競争原理は
やっぱり、ある程度。「　健全性　」を、社会でも、政治でも、システムでも。
保つ上で、必用不可欠。

そして、本当の、「　政治。経済。会社経営。次世代のリーダー育成　」でも、あると思うのです。
※育てていかなければ、次世代のリーダー（　責任と義務と、利権の絡む実戦等の経験値　）は、育ちません。
※前年度の予算割り振りで、失敗はあるでしょう。けれど、それは、「　データーとしての財産　」となります。失敗を財産に出来ない、現状システムの打破は、必要不可欠です。責任の所在の明確化は、必要不可欠です。

ただ、テスト点数がいいから。出席日数がいいから。
それだけで、「　エリート　」のようなシステム改善を、根本から進めていくべき。
それは、衰退を招いていく、悪しき因習の一つだと思います。

日本人のご老人が、「　おにぎり食べたい　」と書き残して。

　中国・チベット自治区では２９日、自治区政府主席に強硬派とされるロサン・ジャムカン氏が選出され、習近平指導部のチベット政策の転換を期待していた亡命人社会に、失望感が広がる中での開催となった。

　集会には亡命チベット人をはじめ、インド政府のアドバニ元副首相ら約４５００人が出席した。亡命政府によれば、中国では２００９年以来、
弾圧に抗議し９９人が焼身自殺を図った。亡命政府のロブサン・センゲ首相は演説で、「中国政府は軍事的冒険主義や国民主義を高めている」と指摘、「インドや日本、フィリピン、ベトナムなども神経質になっている」と訴えた。

繁華街や地方都市の街道沿いなどでよく見かけるパチンコ。
だが、韓国ではパチンコが原因の借金による自殺が相次ぎ、
さらにパチンコ業界と政府の癒着という政治スキャンダルなどが問題視された結果、2006年に“パチンコ全廃”となった。

一方、日本のパチンコ業界は、深刻な売上の減少が続いているという。
公益財団法人日本生産性本部が発表した「レジャー白書2012」によると、
パチンコ業界関連の指標では、市場規模が前年比2.5％ダウンの18兆8960億円。
1回以上の参加人口は1260万人で、前年に比べ410万人と大幅に減少。
30兆円産業と言われてきた日本のパチンコ業界も、危機的な状況に陥っているといえる。

そんな中、今回は「パチンコ・パチスロが法律で禁止されたら困りますか？」という調査を行った。結果は以下の通りだ。

・困る：6.6％
・困らない：88.0％
・わからない：5.4％

調査では、「困らない」が9割近くを占める結果となった。
