「尖閣問題が発生する以前、海洋問題や国家安全問題に関心を持っている国民は少なく、

「昨年日本政府が国内の右翼勢力と結託して尖閣諸島を国有化したことで、

一方、国内メディアに対しては「『戦争』などの刺激的なタイトルを用いて、故意に反日感情を煽ってはならない」と釘を刺した。
その理由として、「日中が開戦すれば傷つくのは日中両国であり、『漁夫の利』を得る欧米諸国が喜ぶだけだ」と説明。

インドのシン首相が５月下旬に来日を予定しており、両国政府は首脳会談で合意の確認を目指している。

政府関係者によると、新幹線が導入される見通しとなったのは、インド西部のムンバイ―アーメダバード間（約５００キロ・メートル）。
新幹線の導入で、移動時間が現在の約１０時間から約２時間に短縮される。

事業は９０００億～１兆円規模で、ＪＲ東日本や川崎重工業などが参加する。
着工時期は未定だが、用地買収などに数年かかるため、２０１５年度以降となる見通しだ。

日本側は車両や運行システムなどの技術を一括して提供する「パッケージ型インフラ輸出」としたい考えで、
実現すれば新幹線では初のケースとなる。

2013年3月8日、仏ラジオ国際放送・RFI中国語版サイトは「中国の父母による粉ミルクの買い占め、全世界で『封じ込め』に遭う」と題した記事を掲載した。

今年3月1日より、香港政府は粉ミルクの持ち出しを「16歳以上の1人につき2缶（1．8kg）まで」と制限。
違反者には罰金50万元（約770万円）と2年の禁固刑が科せられる。これはもちろん、中国本土の人々を対象にした規定だ。
12年6月には、米国のウォルマートなどのスーパーで、粉ミルクの購入が5缶や12缶までに制限された。
ここ数年、中国の親戚や友人のために粉ミルクを大量購入する在米華人が後を絶たず、在庫がすぐに空になるという現象が続いているためだ。

12年9月、ニュージーランドのスーパーでは「粉ミルクは1人2缶まで」の中国語の張り紙が出された。
さらに同国政府は法律を強化し、粉ミルクの国外持ち出しをすべて「輸出」とみなし、正規の輸出業者のみが取り扱えるとした。
12年10月、オーストラリアの大型スーパーやドラッグストアでも購入制限を開始した。

13年1月、ドイツのスーパーは中国人消費者を対象に「粉ミルクは1人4缶まで」と制限。
同じ時期、オランダでも厳しい購入制限が敷かれた。
さらにマカオ政府は、居住資格を持つマカオ住民に優先的に粉ミルクを販売すると発表。
中国本土からの観光客による買い占めで深刻な粉ミルク不足に陥っていたマカオの人々を救うための措置だった。

中国では毎年1780万人の赤ちゃんが生まれるといわれている。
若い両親たちが今後も外国産の粉ミルクを求め続けるのであれば、中国人を対象にした制限措置はさらに多くの国に広がる可能性が高い。
こうした現象の根本的な原因は、中国産粉ミルクに対する国民の根強い不信感にある。
中国人の粉ミルク買い占めをなくすには、国産粉ミルクの信用を取り戻すことが必要だが、それを実現するのが中国政府にとって急務である。
