国家主席選挙で１票だけ「反対」　入れたのは誰？

【北京＝矢板明夫】１４日に行われた中国国家主席選挙。習近平氏は２９５２票の賛成票を集めて当選したが、反対票が１票だけあった。
「果たして誰が…」。完勝を阻んだ“犯人”をめぐり話題となっている。

まことしやかに流れているのが、習氏のかつてのライバル、盧展工・政協副主席説。十数年前、福建省トップの共産党委員会書記のポストをめぐり争った２人が犬猿の仲であることはよく知られている。

前任者の胡錦濤氏ではないかと勘ぐる向きもある。
習氏が総書記に就任した昨年１１月以降、胡氏の推進してきた多くの政策が否定され、「胡氏は心の中で習氏への不満が募っているはずだ」というのが理由だ。

習氏本人が反対票を入れた可能性も取り沙汰される。
謙虚さを示すため、選挙で自身への反対票を投じたという毛沢東の逸話にならったのかもしれない。

【竹島（たけしま）とは？】

１９０５年１月２８日、日本政府は島根県隠岐島司・所管の島と閣議決定。
以降、竹島は、島根県隠岐郡隠岐の島町竹島となり、正式に日本の領土に。
（それ以前から日本の領土であったが、このとき、国際的に正式表明）
（歴史的事実に照らしても、同時に、国際法上も明らかに日本固有の領土）

太平洋戦争後、韓国が、日本の放棄する地域に、竹島を入れるよう連合国へ要求したが、連合国側が拒否。
（サンフランシスコ講和条約においても、日本領土）

日本領土のままと決定したサンフランシスコ講和条約発効直前の１９５２年（昭和２７年）１月１８日、韓国は、竹島を占拠した。
