真実の日本が知りたいというスレ主は、日中双方のメディアに騙されたくないと述べ、日本在住の中国人に対して、日本は今でも中国人を差別しているのか、右傾化した日本人たちはアジアや世界における強国を目指しているのか、民衆は右傾化政策を支持しているのか、メディアでは右傾化政策の宣伝は多いのか、と尋ねた。

これに対して日本在住の中国人ネットユーザーや、そうではない中国人から次のようなコメントが寄せられた。

・「差別はない。日本はすでに経済大国。国民は国を上手に治める政府を支持する。
NHKではどの政治家にも発言する機会がある。日本の右翼は中国の反日愛国青年より少ない」

・「第2次大戦後の日本の思想浄化レベルは、ドイツに次ぐ高さだ」

・「日本人は中国人を差別してはいないよ。スレ主が思うような感じではまったくない」

このように、日本に対する好意的なコメントが多く寄せられた。
ほかにも、「中国人が普段から日本を軍国主義とかファシストなどと罵（ののし）るのは間違いだ」、
「日本人はとても友好的だと思う」、
「日本の憲法を見ればわかるが、日本では軍国主義が明確に禁止されている」などの意見もあった。

しかし、反論もあり
「2ちゃんねるやヤフーを見てみればいいさ。日中ともに変わらないレベルだから」、
「中国の愛国反日青年と同じようなもの」、
「日本は第2次大戦の過ちを認めていないのでは」
などのコメントが寄せられた。
